Reddit Ads Help Center Redesign

I led the UX and UI design of a fully reimagined Reddit Ads Help Center. Built for advertisers, the new experience provides curated, contextual support through personalized entry points, organized content, and on-brand visuals — empowering users to solve problems faster and with less friction.

The Goal:

Redesign the Reddit Ads Help Center to make support more intuitive, structured, and personalized — reducing advertiser frustration, lowering escalations, and helping both new and experienced advertisers succeed.

1

The Challenge:

Challenge Advertisers struggled to find relevant support due to poor content structure and navigation. The old help experience lacked personalization, leaving users without clear entry points. Frustrated advertisers were escalating more cases to Reddit’s support teams, increasing workload. Reddit needed a scalable, user-centered solution that could guide advertisers through key ad journeys.

2

The Result

We launched a responsive, human-centered Help Center that balances utility with brand personality: Personalized homepage with tailored content and topic suggestions Curated support blocks for key advertiser journeys (e.g., optimizing performance, troubleshooting rejections) Quick access to Reddit sales teams for direct help Clean IA with quick links to tools, onboarding, and resources Playful visuals & iconography to make learning approachable and on-brand Impact: ⬇️ Significant reduction in advertiser escalations 🎯 Faster support discovery and improved self-service adoption 💡 Empowered advertisers with structured guidance and accessible resources ✨ A help space that feels approachable, helpful, and true to Reddit’s brand voice
